Looking back at our last year, and the years attending lovely and beautiful couples proceeding the 2015 year, we have only a great gratitude to God, and all those that support us in our wedding photography journey. Not only did we learn a great deal about amazing, new photography techniques, but we got to know ourselves better, our capacities, and most importantly we got to meet the most amazing, beautiful inside and out couples from different parts of the Planet.
With Hehe and Ranran, not only did we spend the most fun filled day in Paris, but we got to meet one of the kindest and most generous of people. These two lovebirds were travelling across Europe with just one month ahead of their wedding day in their native China. One of their stops was the city of Love, and they wanted to register the lovely spots and corners of the stunning capital, by having their pictures taken both in casual and wedding attire. Their initial shyness faded away pretty quickly, and gave way to a spontaneous outburst of fun. What made the session extra special was the fact that not only were we divided by a nationality and culture, but also a language, as English wasn´t a common language that we spoke, and Fábio and mine level of Chinese goes as far as In Hão 🙂 But that communication division, soon turned into a unifying token, as it brought a lot of laughs, spontaneity which always is a bonus during prolonged session.
That day we had the pleasure of meeting and working with other local professionals, Ivy of Ivy-Chang Liu Make up atelier, and a videographer Léon. They greatly helped in communicating with the Hehe and Ranran, and we got to meet fantastic, young professionals with whom we hope to work again in a near future.
Thank you dear Hehe and Ranran for that gorgeous summer day in Paris! We really hope to meet you again one day! Hopefully we get to show you Portugal one day!
