Meet Irène and Filipe and their adorable two children we had the pleasure to photograph last year. Despite the fact that they live in France, Irène always kept in touch and we have felt a great support from the couple toward our work either via social media or through sweet comments and messages from time to time 🙂
The favorite thing about this family session wasn´t just the amazing late Summer weather with all the warm colors, but the fact that it was a fourth occasion that we photographed the couple which makes them very special to us. Irène and Filipe were one of our first wedding photography clients in Portugal 9 years ago,and thanks to their wedding not only did we gain some important experience of photographing European wedding, but we got to visit beautiful Serra da Estrela, as the couple´s nuptials had happened on that stunning region of Portugal.
After their wedding, we photographed their Mr&Mrs session, then few years forward Irène got in touch and invited us to take some photos of the couple´s first addition to the family, adorable Laura. Then last year the beautiful mother called us again about their family portrait session while the four vacation in Portugal that summer. And we were thrilled to have the chance yet again to catch up again and meet sweet addition to the three, cute Mathias.
Irène and Filipe are such exemplary parents:they played and ran and did all the silly things you do when you´re trying to get your unaccustomed to strangers with cameras children to give you some giggles. The result was an enjoyable session with a really sweet family, and we loved being right alongside the togetherness of this family session.
