We are absolutely delighted to share some of the amazing images from Dulce and Evando summer wedding day in Portugal.
The lovely couple is from Angola and they have their life settled there with their careers, family and friends. But they both have had some years of living in Portugal during university years and so they chose the Portuguese soil to have their wedding celebrated here. And how lucky we´ve been to be picked by them to photograph their big day!
The couple and their guests were just all smiles and the day was a celebration of not only a great love and respect but a long lasting friendship between Dulce and Evando. What made this day extra special to us was know that we share the same love for our Christian faith. The church they picked was Our Lady of Incarnation in Chiado which Dulce used to be an active member during her stay in Lisbon.
Another sweet aspect was the bride´s hair and make up artist Rebecca who happens to be our friend and MUA we love working with. Coincidentally she´s Dulce´s one of bestfriends and months before the wedding we both ended up recommending each other works while Dulce already had booked us and had Rebecca as her MUA 😉 Small world!
Dulçe and Evando we know that weve said this before, but we honestly feel that you two make an outstanding pair. We feel that we have gained new friends and fellow Christian pals that we so relate to! Thank you for having us to photograph your union in marriage! Many blessings for the years to come!
Foi um dia maravilho… e uma linda celebração da longa amizade entre Dulce e Evando, e o que tornou este dia ainda mais especial para nós foi saber que compartilhamos o mesmo amor pela fé cristã. A igreja que escolheram para a cerimónia foi Nossa Senhora da Encarnação no Chiado, onde a Dulce costumava ser um membro activo durante a sua estadia em Lisboa.
Outro aspecto doce foi a presença da maquilhadora Rebecca, que por acaso é nossa amiga e com quem adoramos trabalhar, e coincidente-mente ela é uma das melhores amigas de Dulçe e meses antes do casamento nós duas acabamos por recomendar os serviços uma da outra e Dulce já tinha nos contratado e também à Rebecca como sua MUA 😉 Mundo pequeno!
