Meet the adorable S. and R. whose wedding day is only a month away and who we were really looking forward to meeting in person the minute we got their sweet email in June of last year.
Fun, beautiful and charismatic, we had a real blast to spend one Autumn afternoon scrolling around the Lisbon Baixa and taking some engagement photos session.
S. is from the Bermuda and R. is from Nigeria and they picked Portugal to be the ground of their destination wedding in Pestana Palace. The minute we got their email, we knew we wanted to meet this cute pair.
Picking a date for the Engagement wasn´t easy as S. lives in London while Timi is currently based in Dusseldorf, Germany. They both had to make the arrangements to fly from different parts of Europe and meet in the Portuguese capital for wedding planning, meal tasting and meeting us for their session.
Despite a hot and sunny October start, the day of the shoot started with heavy rain. There was no way we could meet the next day as the sweet duo was travelling back home the very same evening.
So we accepted the rainy weather as a gift and made the most of it. And in fact, I think it just worked for the best as we managed to do the session in the middle of the day which normally is way to sunny and also it wasn´t too hot which sometimes can prove challenging even in Autumn.
We had such a nice time with the S. and R.. They are so natural, never stop laughing and they seem to compliment each other in every way!
