We´re happy to open our 2020 blog entry with the first of three of Neha and Nikhil wedding festivities. You might still remember this gorgeous duo from their Lisbon Engagement Session back in Summer. We were very much looking forward to this day, we knew it would be a beautiful wedding in a venue not known to us, but with couple full of zest for life and full of love for one another!
Neha and Nikhil chose Alentejo as their Portugal Wedding Destination and picked the stunning grounds of Tivoli Ecoresorts for their wedding festivities. We haven’t been back to Alentejo for a wedding in a long time and our return was fantastic at Tivoli Évora, a lovely, photogenic eco hotel with a gorgeous mix of modern and rustic tucked away in the romantically picturesque fields of Évora. The generous couple had given us the unique privilege to stay at the Tivoli Hotel, so throughout the two days we got to familiarize ourselves with the happy family and friends that we would meet in between the events. It made the experience even more so unique. It also allowed ourselves to get to know the Tivoly Ecoresort, by then an unfamiliar wedding venue for us.
Another great aspect of this wedding was working once again alongside Seema and Dhimant of Passage to India who literally always walk the extra mile to make sure everything runs perfectly well during an event.
The dance space for the Sangeet and Mehndi was beautifully decorated with the Indian fabric umbrellas that gave the place a very special charm. In addition to the fantastic decoration, the wedding planners were responsible for the heavenly delicious buffets with variety of Indian traditional dishes.
The bride and groom were radiant throughout the Mehndi and Sangeet night and the bride impressed everyone with her wonderful talent for dancing.
